Thomas D. Waylett represents individuals, businesses and government entities in real property and business disputes, real property transactions, including purchase and sales, vineyard and winery development, easements, commercial and agricultural leasing, as well as general business and contract matters. Mr. Waylett has extensive experience in the wine industry, including grape contract negotiation and disputes, vineyard leasing and winery alternating proprietor agreements. Mr. Waylett’s practice also includes family law matters focusing on disputes involving real property and business issues.
Mr. Waylett's office is located in the historic Granary Building constructed in Paso Robles in 1890, 1111 Riverside Avenue, Suite 3F.
